2. Data We Collect

Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect your full name, company name, work email address, and the message you write. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with this website (pages visited, session duration, referral source, device type). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contact form: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for pre-contractual steps at your request.
  • Analytics: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent via our cookie banner.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Contact form data: Up to 2 years from the date of your last communication, or until you request deletion.
  • Analytics data: Retained by Google Analytics for 14 months (the platform default). You can opt out at any time by rejecting cookies.

5. Recipients and International Transfers

Your data may be shared with the following processors:

  • Google LLC — analytics processing (Google Analytics 4). Data may be transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Email service provider — used solely to deliver your contact form submission to our inbox. No data is stored beyond delivery.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (for analytics), without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
